Justice (Ret’d) Goh Joon Seng, has been appointed by the Chief Justice to the Appointing Committee constituted under section 36Q of the Legal Profession Act in respect of disciplinary proceedings relating to the Singapore International Commercial Court (“SICC”). Justice Goh’s two year term took effect from 1 January 2015.
