Which changes in the SMC disciplinary process make a practical difference?

On 1 July 2022, changes to the disciplinary process for doctors came into effect. Some of these changes are set out in the Medical Registration (Disciplinary Commission and Disciplinary Tribunal) Rules 2022, while other changes are set out in the new Medical Registration Act.
