Lee & Lee celebrated the 60th anniversary of its founding with a staff party for its lawyers and staff at Raffles Town Club on 15 October 2015. We were delighted to have with us as our only guests, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong – the elder son of our Firm’s founders – and Mr Lee Kip Lee, who shared premises with Lee & Lee and who is one of the Firm’s first clients, together with his sons Dick, John and Peter.

Prime Minister Lee took us on a walk down memory lane as his recounted his childhood memories of the Firm and of the times he accompanied his parents to the office. Dick Lee regaled the staff with tales of how our Firm started from its humble beginnings at a shophouse on Malacca Street.

In addition, Mr Ow Yong Thian Soo, Senior Partner and Head of our Real Estate & Property Department, was presented with a long service award in commemoration of his 47 years of loyal service to the Firm .

We look forward to many more fruitful years of service to our clients and to Singapore!
