Adrian Chan invited to speak at 2nd Conference of the EU Asia Corporate Governance Dialogue 2015

We are proud to announce that Adrian Chan, senior partner and head of our Corporate Department, has been invited to speak at a panel discussion at the EU Asia Corporate Governance Dialogue 2015 on the role and regulation of controlling shareholders in common law and civil law jurisdictions.

The dialogue is part of the EU Asia Corporate Governance Dialogue Series which was established in 2011 by the European Corporate Governance Institute and the University of Tokyo in order to engage academics and practitioners in a constructive dialogue between the European Union and Asia on issues of concern in the field of corporate governance.
